Over the past decade, Ryne has developed significant expertise in handling litigation involving nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and medical malpractice claims. He regularly advises healthcare providers and facilities on best practices and guides them through every stage of litigation to help achieve favorable outcomes.
Ryne also assists healthcare facilities and professionals with licensing issues and advises clients on business, commercial, and employment law matters. He is skilled in conducting pre-suit evaluations to determine the most effective legal strategy. Ryne has achieved favorable outcomes at all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, including multiple summary judgments, trials, and appeals.
Ryne has delivered presentations on nursing home litigation and employment law trends and risks to a nursing home group in Illinois comprising 45 facilities. He has also provided instruction on the fundamentals of medical malpractice litigation and deposition testimony to multiple groups of medical professionals.
Ryne represents clients across the entire state of Michigan, as well as in Illinois and Iowa. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and golden retriever. In his free time, you might also find him on the golf course or hockey rink.
