Arynn Takacs
Attorney & Co-Founder
Arynn began her legal career with a strong foundation in elder law and estate planning — helping individuals and families navigate the legal issues that come with aging, protecting their assets and planning for the future.
Arynn also brings experience in both employment law and long-term care defense, where she has worked on matters involving workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and liability issues affecting healthcare providers and employers. Her background includes supporting clients through investigations, risk assessments, and policy development aimed at preventing litigation.
After stepping away from her legal career to focus on raising her children, she returns with a fresh perspective, renewed sense of purpose, and a strong commitment to client-centered advocacy. Arynn values clear communication and is dedicated to making the legal process approachable and easy to navigate for her clients.
Outside of work, Arynn enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local coffee shops and the beach.
